“We went to Rawlings for an initial quote because they had treated us so well when buying oil. Their quote was much better than others we received. From the start Joe and Rowan were extremely helpful and explained everything in detail, answering all our questions. We chose the coldest week of the winter for installation, and they turned up with fan heaters for us. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, (all we had to do was put the kettle on occasionally!)They took away the oil boiler and oil tank, old hot water cylinder and all our radiators, and installed the new ones and the heat pump with a minimum of disruption. We can't praise them highly enough. All this was three weeks ago, and we have been left with a lovely, evenly warm house and hot water that is perfect for our needs. Full marks!”

“I recently had an air source heat pump installed and chose Rawlings Renewables to carry out the installation of the heat pump, upgrades to radiators and also a new hot water cylinder. From my very first meeting with them they were incredibly professional and helpful. They were also extremely knowledgeable about the product and conducted a thorough survey for room sizes and heat loss calculations. They worked very diligently and were very clean and tidy. Upon commissioning they considered that the heat pump a little noisier than others they had installed, they raised this with the manufacturer and as a result the compressor was swapped out. This impressed me as I hadn’t heard a heat pump before and they could have told me it was normal, that would have saved them time and hassle. We are thrilled with it and the house is always warm and cosy now. I would highly recommend Rawlings Renewables to anyone considering having a heat pump installed.”
